Age 35–60 Type 2 Diabetes Working professionals

Walking burns sugar.
Muscle stores it.

That one difference is why your sugar hasn't come down in years — no matter how much you walked, or how little roti you ate.

Why nothing has worked

You're doing the work. The report doesn't care.

Here's what's really going on — the part a 5-minute doctor visit never has time to explain.

01

Effort in. Nothing out.

Sugar stuck at 7.5–9 even though you take your medicine, walk daily and eat less roti. So you start blaming yourself.

The real reason: your muscle is shrinking. Muscle is where your body parks sugar. Less muscle means less parking space — so the same food spikes you more, and the dose goes up.

Doctor bolta hai control hai, par mujhe pata hai kuch theek nahi chal raha.
02

Patli baahein. Nikla pet.

Arms and legs getting thinner. Belly getting bigger. No energy after 3 PM. Shirts that fit two years ago now pull at the buttons.

The real reason: this isn't just "getting older." You're losing muscle and gaining fat at the same time — and it shows in photos long before it shows in a report.

Pehle jaisi energy nahi rahi. Sharam aati hai photos mein.
03

Test-day tension. Every 3 months.

Kidney. Eyes. Insulin. The "papa ki tabiyat" conversation. Kids' education still pending, EMIs still running.

The real reason: you're not scared of a number. You're scared of becoming the person your family has to look after. That fear is fair — and it's fixable.

Agle 15 saal bina kisi pe bojh bane chalna hai.
The honest list

You've tried 5 things already.
Here's why each one stopped working.

Some of them didn't just fail. Some of them made things worse while the weighing scale said you were winning.

01

Doctor + medicines

Metformin → Glimepiride added → dose raised → insulin discussion starts.

Why it stopped working

Medicine controls the number. It doesn't rebuild the thing that uses the sugar. So the dose only ever moves in one direction.

Dawai sugar ko manage karti hai. Muscle usko use karti hai.
02

Diet charts

Roti kam, sugar band, karela juice, methi dana, jamun powder.

Why it stopped working

Carbs cut, protein never raised, zero strength work. You lost muscle along with the fat. Sugar improved for 2 months, then came back worse.

This is the most expensive mistake on the list.
03

Morning walk

30–45 minutes in the society garden. Sometimes for years.

Why it stopped working

Walking maintains. It doesn't build. No new storage was ever created, so every meal still had nowhere to go.

Walk sugar ko jalati hai. Muscle sugar ko store karti hai.
04

Gym — 2 or 3 times

Joined, went 3 weeks, generic plan, knee or back pain, quit.

Why it stopped working

The trainer knew nothing about diabetes. No diet with it, no reports checked, nobody calling when you skipped.

You're not gym-shy. You're gym-disappointed.
05

Ayurvedic & YouTube gurus

Karela-amla juice, keto, fasting, a ₹5–15K online course.

Why it stopped working

Information, no implementation. Nobody read your reports. Nobody checked on you in week 3. And hard fasting after 40 speeds up the same muscle loss.

Mahino tak juice piya, report same.
The whole idea in one line

Everyone tries to make you lighter.
We make you stronger — and the sugar follows.

Muscle is the biggest storage tank for sugar in your body. Build the tank, and the numbers stop bouncing back.

The method

Muscle-First Hormone Reset™

Three parts. No pills, no powders, no juice. Just the three things your body has been waiting for.

🏋️
Part 1

Build the muscle

Strength training designed around your knees, your back and your age — not a printout given to everyone in the gym.

  • Live sessions, about 25 minutes
  • At home or gym — no equipment needed
  • Bhupendra runs the sessions himself, on camera
  • People from 20 to 70+ train in the same session
More muscle = more space for sugar to go.
🍽️
Part 2

Fix the food, from your reports

Most diet charts are written before anyone looks at your blood. We read your reports first — then build your plate around what your body is actually doing.

  • Your ghar ka khana, restructured — not banned
  • Roti stays. Rice stays. Gulab jamun on Diwali stays.
  • Protein goes up first, so you never feel kamzor
  • Updated as your reports change
No starving. No rebound in month three.
🧠
Part 3

Make it stick

You already know what to do. You've known for years. The gap is between knowing and doing — and that's a habit problem, not an information problem.

  • Meditation & NLP for cravings and stress eating
  • Better sleep, less late-night scrolling
  • Daily WhatsApp check-in — with Bhupendra, not a team
  • Week 3 is where everyone quits. This is how you don't.
Habits that hold after the program ends.

Fasting sugar 200 · Insulin was next

Already had a gym and a trainer. Neither the body nor the sugar was changing. His doctor had just brought up insulin.

"Main dal, chawal, roti, sabzi khata hoon. Meri diet toh sahi hai."

It wasn't. Almost no protein, and training with no logic behind it. Both were rebuilt.

Bihar · 7–8 rotis in one sitting

HbA1c close to 9. Insulin levels dangerous. He simply could not imagine a plate without a stack of rotis on it.

Nobody took the rotis away. Protein and the right fats went onto the plate first — and the roti count dropped on its own, because he was finally full.

He still eats 8–10 rotis some days. The report doesn't punish him anymore.

Sugar controlled in 40 days. HbA1c 5.8 at 3 months. Hunger finally in control.

These are individual results with reports on file. Your body, your history, your medicines and your consistency decide your result. Nothing here is a guarantee, and no medicine decision is ever taken without your doctor.

Assessment fee
₹2,000₹499
60 minutes · One-on-one · Refunded if we can't help you
  • Full review of your existing blood reports
  • Muscle & body composition check
  • Personal protein and workout starting plan
  • Written summary sent after the call

Why paid? A free call brings everyone. ₹499 brings people who actually show up — and that's who gets results.

Before you book

This is not for everyone. On purpose.

Bhupendra runs every session himself and tracks every client himself. That limits how many people he can take — so the filter comes before you join, not after.

Book this if…

  • You're 35–60, working, with Type 2 diabetes or prediabetes
  • You've tried at least 2 things seriously and they didn't last
  • You can give 25 minutes a day, five days a week
  • You have blood reports from the last 6 months, or can get them
  • You want to understand your body, not just get a chart
  • You'd rather hear the truth than a nice promise

Please don't book if…

  • You have Type 1 diabetes — this is built for Type 2
  • You want your medicines gone in 2 weeks without changing anything
  • You want a diet chart with nobody checking on you
  • You're only here for free information
  • You're not willing to do any strength training
  • You want a guarantee. Bodies don't work like that.

Why he does this

In 2008, this stopped being a job.

In 2008 his family rushed his mother to hospital. Kidney failure. They were ready to give anything — and it changed nothing, because Type 2 diabetes and years of wrong advice had already done the damage. She was 55. He was 22.

Nine years later, at 31, his own HbA1c came back 6.1. Prediabetic. Following the exact same advice that had failed her.

He didn't fix it with a supplement or a stricter diet. He fixed it by building muscle first — and has spent every year since proving the same order works for people who remind him of his mother.

"Ye mere liye professional nahi hai. Ye meri life ka purpose hai."

Where this goes

You have two options from here.

Option one

Change nothing

  • Keep walking. Keep cutting roti. Keep hoping.
  • Go back in 3 months for the next report
  • Watch the dose go up, like it always does
  • Tell yourself the next diet will be the one
Two tablets today. How many in 3 years?
Option two

Give it 60 minutes and ₹499

  • Find out what your reports have been trying to tell you
  • Learn which past attempt did the most damage
  • Walk away with a plan you can start tomorrow
  • Decide with real information, not a sales pitch
Worst case: you finally understand your own body.
Straight answers

Questions people actually ask

"Pehle bhi paisa waste kar chuka hoon."

Good — then you'll ask better questions on this call than most people do. Bring what you tried and what it cost. In about 10 minutes we can usually show you which of those things was working against you. That doubt isn't about us. It's about the last guy. Fair enough.

"Kya mujhe medicines band karni padengi?"

No. We don't replace your doctor and we never touch your prescription. Medicine decisions belong to your physician, always. We work on muscle, food and your lab numbers. When those numbers improve, the conversation with your doctor becomes a different conversation — and he decides.

"Ghar mein poochna padega."

Completely fair, and better raised now than later. That's part of why you get a written summary — so your wife or your children can read it themselves instead of hearing a short version at dinner. Bring your spouse onto the call if it helps.

"Time nahi hai. Office 9–10 ghante ka hai."

The training is about 25 minutes, and you're probably already spending 30–45 minutes on a morning walk. That's the slot. Sessions are live at multiple times, from home, no commute, no gym membership.

"Meri knee/back theek nahi hai."

Then a generic gym plan was always going to hurt you — which is probably what happened last time. Sessions are live, on camera, and adjusted for your joints on the spot. People from their 20s to their 70s train in the same sessions.

"Mujhse nahi hoga. Pehle bhi fail hua hoon."

You failed methods that were built wrong — carb cuts with no protein, walking with no strength, information with nobody checking on you. Week 3 is where everyone quits, which is exactly why daily accountability is part of this. Nobody does it alone.

"Abhi itni problem nahi hai. Sugar 7.5 hai."

That's the most expensive sentence in this whole space. Insulin resistance and muscle loss both move quietly. The easiest version of this problem to fix is the one you have right now. It does not get easier at 8.5.

"Is the ₹499 just to get me on a sales call?"

It's a filter, and we'd rather say that than pretend otherwise. If you're a fit, the 6-month program gets discussed. If you're not, you'll be told so and the fee is refunded. Either way you leave with your reports explained and a plan to start on. That part happens regardless.

"Kya guarantee hai?"

None — and anyone giving you one in this field is selling something. What exists is documentation: 600+ paid clients with before and after lab reports since 2019. Your result depends on your starting numbers, your history and your consistency. We measure results. We don't promise them.

Limited slots each week

In 3 months you'll get another report either way.

The only question is whether it's the same report with a bigger dose — or the first one in years that moved the right way. 60 minutes and ₹499 is how you find out.

Bring your last 2 blood reports and your current medicine list.
